BY ALLOWING YOUR CHILD TO ATTEND CLASSES OR BE PRESENT WITHIN THE PREMISES OF STREETZ AHEAD DANCE ACADEMY/ DANCESCAPE STUDIOS, YOU AGREE TO ABIDE BY OUR TERMS AND CONDITIONS.
- EXCLUSIVE DANCE SCHOOL POLICY.
1.1 In line with generally accepted dance school etiquette, we do not take pupils who are already pupils of another dance school, without prior consent by our principle. This is to avoid conflict of interest.
1.2 All students will not attend another dance school without prior consent from our principle.
1.3 Permission is requested before a pupil auditions to take part in classes elsewhere or external dance performances.This does not apply to open classes such as pineapple/ base etc.
THIS RULE DOES NOT APPLY FOR OUR WOODFORD BRANCH.
- DANCE STUDIO ETIQUETTE.
2.1 No chewing gum under any circumstances.
2.2 No food allowed within the studio. Please only bring food if agreed by the teacher if there is a designated break within the session time.
2.3 No outdoor shoes permitted, Please only bring clean shoes.
2.4 We maintain a strict anti-bullying code of conduct. Please see code of conduct section.
2.5 Parents are required to wait outside in our reception area unless given permission by our teacher.
UNIFORM - ALL STUDENTS ARE REQUIRED TO WEAR CORRECT UNIFORM AS INSTRUCTED BY YOUR TEACHER.
- BOOKING AND PAYMENTS.
3.1 All registrations and payment must be completed through our online subscription system. Unless authorised by our principle.
3.2 Students must commit to attending all classes; fees are due even if only part the term is attended. To cancel your membership, one month's written notice is required, along with payment of any outstanding fees.
3.3 Fees are structured on a pro-rata basis, meaning the total cost of classes is spread evenly across 12 monthly payments.
3.4 New students joining mid-term will have their fees prorated accordingly.
3.5 Failure to pay fees by the due date may result in the removal of the student from the class register.
3.6 All payment, including those related to shows, are non-refundable.
3.7 Payments not received by the 1st of each month will incur a late fee of £10
3.8 We will send 1 reminder for overdue fees. if payment is not received within 7 days of reminder, a final demand letter will be sent. Any payments still not received after 14 days will be referred to a debt collection agency.
REFUNDS ARE NOT PROVIDED FOR NON-ATTENDANCE, EXCEPT UNDER SPECIFIC CIRCUMSTANCES AT THE DISCRETION OF OUR PRINCIPLE.
- CANCELLATION POLICY.
4.1 One months written notice is required to cancel any classes, along with payment of any outstanding fees.
4.2 Cancellations within 14 days of the term start date will incur fees for any classes occurring within that period.
4.3 Streetz Ahead/ Dancescape Studios reserves the right to terminate a students attendance for non-payment.
STREETZ AHEAD DANCE ACADEMY/DANCESCAPE STUDIOS- Are not responsible for any injuries sustained during class. Please inform the teacher of any prior injury that may affect the individual.
